SHIPPING POLICY
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated 7-15 business days
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at TheReparationsFilm@gmail.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at TheReparationsFilm@gmail.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You acknowledge and agree that goods produced by us for you are bespoke, custom-made goods, they are produced specifically for you once you place an order. We do not hold stock and would not, but for your order, have produced the goods. You further agree that you do not have a right to change your mind with respect to digital products delivered to you immediately. Other than where goods, including digital products, are faulty, you have no right to cancel any order or return any goods if the items are not damaged/defective, all orders are final. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
We offer a generous return and refund policy, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND REQUESTS

Non-obvious color difference – TheReparationsFilm use different processes to print your designs, it’s based on the raw material of the products you selected, the final products may have color difference with mockup, therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Wrong shipping address – TheReparationsFilm do not refund/exchanges/re-ship for the order if the shipping address is incorrect.

The size doesn’t fit – TheReparationsFilm do not refund/exchange/accept returns if the size doesn’t fit, you need to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
ACCEPTABLE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND REQUESTS

Packages lost in transit – the claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Misprinted/damaged/defective items – items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Wrong size items – the size tag on the product/package does not match the order.
GENERAL
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printy6’s facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipping them to yourself or your end customer.
